Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Up Closet! We value you as a customer and want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any merchandise that you purchased with us.

 

Refund Policy

If the purchased product is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will replace the item(s) or issue store credit for the purchased price.

 

Return Policy

Returns are only available for store credit and will be issued for the original purchased price on receipt. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The product was purchased in the last 3 days
● The product is in the original packaging
● The product is unworn and unused
● The product has original tags
● Present receipt for proof of purchase

The following product cannot be returned:
● Final Sale Items
● Sale/Clearance Items
● Gift Cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us.

 

Return In-person

If you live local to our store and prefer to return your purchase in-store, one of our sales consultants will be happy to help you.

To return your product, please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will notify you when we have received your return and will disclose your in-store credit amount and details.

 

Shipping

Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. The heavier sales shipping days will increase to every other day.

Orders made before 12 pm will ship out on the next shipping day.
